Jazz Fest Pompano Beach: Where Music, Culture, and Community Meet the Coast
Set along the golden sands of South Florida’s Atlantic shoreline, Jazz Fest Pompano Beach has quickly grown into one of the region’s most anticipated music events. Blending world-class jazz performances with oceanfront views and a vibrant cultural atmosphere, the festival delivers a uniquely Floridian experience that continues to attract thousands of attendees each year.
Just celebrating its fifth anniversary in 2026, Jazz Fest Pompano Beach takes place on the sand just South of the iconic Fisher Family Pier and offers a two-day musical celebration open to the public.
Continued Success
What started as an ambitious cultural initiative has rapidly evolved into a premier destination event. The festival draws tens of thousands of attendees each year. In addition to our local residents, attendees come from across Florida and from national and international travelers, boosting tourism and supporting local businesses each year.
Its continued success lies in its award-winning line-up and accessibility, offering both free admission and VIP ticketing. The event not only showcases internationally recognized artists but also highlights South Florida’s own emerging talent, helping build a strong connection between the festival and the local community.
Star Power: Past and Present
One of the defining features of Jazz Fest Pompano Beach is its consistently impressive lineup. The 2026 festival continued this tradition with standout performers such as Brian Culbertson, Richard Elliot, Kim Scott, and Walter Beasley, alongside the high-energy funk collective Ghost-Note and The Purple Project, celebrating Prince's music.
Previous years have also brought exceptional talent to the stage, including internationally acclaimed jazz musicians and Grammy-winning artists such as Joshua Redman, Gabrielle Cavassa, Judith Hill, Randy Brecker, Jazz Funk Soul, David Sánchez, Najee, Spyro Gyra, David Sanborn, and Arturo Sandoval.
The festival’s commitment to booking both legendary performers and rising stars ensures a dynamic and diverse musical experience each year.
In addition, the Local Talent Stage has become a fan favorite—further cementing the festival’s role as a platform for regional creativity.
More Than Just Music
Beyond the performances, Jazz Fest Pompano Beach offers a full sensory experience. Attendees can explore a curated selection of food vendors, enjoy beachfront dining, and take part in interactive art and community programming. The combination of live jazz, culinary offerings, and ocean views creates an atmosphere that is both relaxed and energizing.
