The Amp Ali Public Art
Bailey CRA Public Event
City of Pompano Beach Cultural Center

November 2 Old Town Untapped
Old Town Untapped is a monthly craft beer and arts festival hosted by the Pompano Beach CRA and features free samples of local beers crafted by breweries in Pompano Beach's emerging craft beer scene. In addition the streets of Old Town are lined with food trucks, artists, crafters and interactive art. Inside Bailey Contemporary Arts, guests can grab some locally roasted coffee at Blooming Bean Coffee Roasters and walk through the galleries rotating art exhibits each month.

Time: 6:00pm - 9:00pm
Location: Bailey Contemporary Arts, 41 NE 1st Street

November 2 Theater: The Christians
Winner of the 2016 Outer Critics Circle Award, The Christians is a complex, multi-layered exploration of faith, belief and the seemingly insurmountable distance that separates us. “This play, while set in a Protestant Christian church, creates a dialogue that transcends religion, and is incredibly poignant at this time in our nation,” said Skye Whitcomb, Outré’s Artistic Director and the director of the production. “The thing that strikes me most about The Christians is that for all the struggle that the characters go through, there is no ‘bad guy.’ Every one of these characters is coming from a place of personal truth, of belief, and they struggle with reconciling the differences in their beliefs. There’s this heartbreaking distance between them that tugs at the soul. And one of the most wrenching questions that the play forces us to contemplate is what we should do when those we love believe something that is not only different from what we believe, but believe something that we feel is actually dangerous.”

Time: 8:00pm
Location: Pompano Beach Cultural Center, 50 W Atlantic Blvd

November 2 Rumours of Fleetwood Mac - 40 Years of Rumours

AEG Presents is proud to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the iconic Rumours album with a brand new show at The Pompano Beach Amp by Rumours of Fleetwood Mac, the world’s finest tribute to Fleetwood Mac. The band will be performing the legendary album note-for-note in its entirety, plus many more of their classic hits. The concert will take place on November 2, 2018. Tickets are x to x, plus applicable fees, are available at pbamp.com

Encompassing nearly five decades of legendary music and channeling the spirit of Fleetwood Mac at their very best, Rumours of Fleetwood Mac offer a unique opportunity for fans, both old and new, to rediscover the songs and performances that have ensured Fleetwood Mac’s place as one of the most loved bands of all time. The band, which has been personally endorsed by Mick Fleetwood, consists of Jess Harwood, James Harrison, Emily Gevers, Allan Cosgrove and Dave Goldberg.

Billboard Magazine said of the songs on the Rumours album, “Generations later, the songs on Rumours remain nearly as omnipresent on radio and in popular culture as they were in the Carter era, but the set remains exhilarating and inscrutable, because so few songs of love, faith and addiction have ever been this bloody or brilliant.” The release included classics such as “Don’t Stop,” “The Chain,” “Gold Dust Woman,” “Go Your Own Way,” “You Make Love Fun,” “Dreams,” and more.

Here’s what people are saying about Rumours of Fleetwood Mac:

“An extraordinary emotive performance of Fleetwood Mac”
MICK FLEETWOOD

"A stunning and incredibly accurate snapshot of the World’s first Super Group"
SUNDAY TIMES
